5. Use of Cookies and Consent Management

We use the following consent management tool on this website:

Complianz
Provider: Really Simple Plugins B.V., Netherlands

The tool is used to obtain, manage and document consent to the storage of information on your device and access to that information. Your selection is stored locally in your browser; no information is transmitted to the provider’s servers.

We distinguish between the following categories:

  • Functional cookies (always active)

6. Google Tag Manager

We use:

Google Tag Manager
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland

Google Tag Manager is a tool for managing website tags. It does not itself set cookies or collect personal data, but enables the integration and management of other services. When Tag Manager is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Services integrated through Tag Manager are only activated after you have given your consent in the consent management tool.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Transfers to third countries: A transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out. Such transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR and the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. There is a risk that US authorities may access the data.

7. Google Analytics 4

This website uses the following web analytics service:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland

Retention period: Data collected at user and event level are automatically deleted once the retention period configured in our account has expired.

Transfers to third countries: A transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out. Such transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR and the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. There is a risk that US authorities may access the data.

Data processing: We have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
